Photo-Shoot Tips and Advice For Winter-Dwelling Mermaids!

Struggling to get creative during winter months as a mermaid? We know the feeling. In fact, we REALLY know because we just LOVE cold winter months, high mile/hour winds, and snow storms! A little sarcasm there. Anyways, Lets get started!


First things first, you need inspiration and it can be difficult to know where to start or if you're feeling a little bit down or stuck in a rut due to the grey skies, then you probably won't feel like doing anything at all. Let us help you get out of the evil siren winter blues (idea hint? maybe.) You will need a high quality camera that doesn't give off any kind of blurry haze or looks pixelated whatsoever because who likes that anyways? Pixelated photos are not the best and arguably the worst-looking when it comes to showing off your photography skills so make sure your quality is superior or at least as clear as possible.



Acquiring Ideas


No, you don't need to spend any money to have fun with your photo shoot! At this time of year, you can't exactly go swimming in a lake and trying to find indoor swimming is extremely hard for some merfolk so that's why we made a blog about doing photo-shoots indoors/around your house because not only is it fun but it can also be great leverage for social media presence or connecting with the mermaid community on a creative level!
